Qualities
Our close cooperation with tanneries allows us to be on
top of our game, when it comes to the development of
new leather qualities. You can choose from a variety of
leathers in our program, or you can go for something
different altogether…
Show us what you want and we will develop the leather,
the colour, the feel… All according to your wishes. We
can dye, spray or brush the leather in any colour you
choose.
Production
Our production capacity is around 1500 to 2000 pcs per month and flexibility is our greatest strength.
Once the sampling process is finished we can produce within 8 weeks. We further offer the option of midseason reorders with the same production time.
It is not easy to forecast a season. Our flexibility is your freedom.
Design, Pattern, Sourcing Accessories.
You can bring your own design or pick from our range
of contemporary designs. Our professional pattern
makers have a long experience and know the
challenges of leather. They will support you along the
way. Accessories and lining will be sourced as by your
instructions. You can also choose from the accessories
and lining fabrics in our program.
Fitting Sample, Grading and Production Sample, Quality Control
We will send you a proto and you comment on further
changes you want done. Grading will be handled
according to your grading charts. The final sample will
be given in a size you choose and is your reference
sample for production. The whole production will
undergo rigid quality checks compliant with European
standards from experienced personnel with high level
expertise.
Packing, Shipping, Hang Tags & Labels.
The garments will be packed according to your
requirements. The goods can be sent by air or by sea as
by your preference. You either provide hang tags from
your stock, or we will have them produced according to
a sample given by you. For label information, EAN
codes, and label placement we will follow your
instructions exactly.
